It is our wish that you are happy and satisfied with your purchase.

Physical products are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or non-working.  In the instance of a non-working or unit damaged during shipment, please contact us and we will pay for the return shipping and then replace or refund the item, whichever you prefer.

If you are unhappy with an audio we will provide you with a refund; we’d appreciate you letting us know why you are requesting a return.

If you need an audio but are unable to purchase it due to financial constraints we are happy to help.
